Can the rental vehicle be returned to a different location?

Returning the rental vehicle to a location different from the pick-up point is possible for certain routes. However, a one-way return does not simply mean dropping the vehicle off wherever you wish; the new location must fall within the service area and receive prior approval from the operations team.

Select the Return Location During Booking

You can specify separate pick-up and return locations on the booking form. For example, you can pick up the vehicle from Gaziemir or Izmir Airport and return it to a different location offered in the system. If your desired location is not on the list, please consult our team before submitting your request.

How Is Feasibility Determined?

Requests for a new return location are evaluated based on vehicle scheduling, staffing, subsequent reservations, and operational distance. The outcome may vary depending on the specific vehicle or date. Particularly on busy days, a request to return the vehicle to a different location may be declined if the vehicle is already scheduled for another delivery.

Will There Be an Additional Fee?

Returning the vehicle to a different location may require transporting it back to the operational zone. Consequently, a one-way fee or delivery charge may apply based on the route. Any applicable fee will be clearly stated before the reservation is finalized. No unapproved charges will be added unexpectedly at the time of return.

Can the Return Location Be Changed Later?

If a need to change the return location arises after the rental period has begun, please call our 24/7 support line before proceeding to the address specified in the current contract. If the new location is approved, the time, address, and any applicable fees will be updated. Simply making a request by phone is not enough; you must confirm that the change has been accepted.

Go to the Correct Location on the Return Day

Enter the address from the confirmation message into your navigation system and allow sufficient time, especially if you have a flight to catch. Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when you picked it up. Complete the return process after checking the fuel level, mileage, and vehicle condition with the attendant.

Timing for Pre-Flight Returns

If you need to catch a flight or another form of transport after returning the vehicle to a different location, do not calculate your schedule based solely on driving time. Allow extra time for refueling, vehicle inspection, contract closure, and heavy traffic. Do not assume the return location is the same as the airport terminal; check the address in the confirmation message on a map before your trip.
