Return and Cancellation Conditions

As İzmir My Rent A Car, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide transparent and reliable service in car rental reservation processes. Reservations made through our website are subject to the refund and cancellation conditions stated below. It is recommended that you read these terms carefully before making a reservation.

Reservation Cancellation

Our customers can submit their reservation cancellation requests via telephone, e-mail or our other official communication channels. Cancellation requests are evaluated after the reservation information is verified.

Reservation cancellations are evaluated in accordance with the time remaining until the rental date, campaign conditions, special price applications and the contractual provisions accepted at the time of reservation.

Reservation Changes

Reservation changes such as vehicle group, delivery point, delivery date or return date are made depending on vehicle availability. If a price difference occurs as a result of change requests, an additional fee may be charged or the overcharged amount may be refunded to the customer.

Izmir My Rent A Car reserves the right to offer an alternative vehicle with similar features in case there is no vehicle availability.

No-Show (No-Show)

If the booking customer does not come to pick up the vehicle on the specified date and time, does not provide any information to us, or fails to meet the necessary rental conditions, the reservation may be considered "No-Show".

The procedures to be applied in such cases are determined according to the reservation conditions and the applicable contract provisions.

Early Vehicle Return

If the customer returns the vehicle before the end of the rental period, it is not mandatory to refund the fees for the unused days. Early refund requests are also evaluated in line with company policies.

Fee Refund Process

For transactions where refunds are approved, the refund is made using the method in which the payment was made, as much as possible. Due to processing times caused by banks and payment institutions, the time for the fees to be reflected in the account may vary.

Izmir My Rent A Car takes the necessary care to complete the refund process within a reasonable time.

Situations Excluded from the Scope of Return

• Leases that cannot be realized due to failure to meet the rental conditions
• Invalid or incomplete document submission
• Failure to meet driver's license, age or payment requirements
• Using the vehicle other than the drivers specified in the contract
• Providing false, incomplete or untrue information
• Violation of vehicle usage conditions
• Situations of alcohol, drug or illegal use

Force Majeure

Izmir My Rent A Car reserves the right to change, postpone or cancel the reservation if reservations cannot be made due to natural disasters, extraordinary weather conditions, war, terrorist acts, epidemics, official authority decisions, transportation restrictions, technical infrastructure problems and similar force majeure.

Consumer Rights

Our customers can benefit from all legal rights they have within the scope of the current Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and relevant legislation. In case of disputes that may arise between the parties, the relevant legislative provisions will apply.
