Lease Conditions
As İzmir My Rent A Car, we adopt as a basic principle to provide transparent, reliable and legal services to our guests at every stage of the car rental process. Age and License Conditions
Minimum age and driving license requirements according to vehicle segments: scroll-behavior: inherit !important;">Age Limit
- Economic Group: At least 23 years old
- Middle Group: At least 23 years old
- Upper and Luxury Group: At least 25 years old
Driving License Period
- Economic & Medium Group: At least 3 years
- Top & Luxury Group: At least 5 years
During vehicle delivery, valid driver's license and credit card issued in the name of the tenant must be presented.
For our foreign national guests; passports and date of entry to Turkey They must submit a document showing that it is less than 6 months. A Turkish driver's license is requested from foreign driver's license holders who have been in Turkey for more than 6 months.
If the specified conditions are not met, vehicle delivery cannot be made even if a reservation is made.
Credit Card and Deposit
In car rental transactions, defined in the name of the tenant and available for internet use credit card required. Depending on the vehicle group, your credit card pre-authorization (deposit) is taken. If there are no problems at the end of the rental period, this amount is automatically released.
On-Site Payment, Reservation and Cancellation Conditions

Situations Where Insurance Is Considered Invalid
In the following cases, insurance is deemed invalid and all damages that occur will be the responsibility of the tenant:
- Using the vehicle by someone other than the person specified in the contract
- Use against traffic rules
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Incorrect fuel use
- Using the vehicle for purposes other than its intended purpose or with improper load
- Failure to report accident or theft in a timely manner
- Failure to obtain required traffic and alcohol reports
- Failure to deliver the vehicle key
- Late delivery of the vehicle without approval

Mileage and Time Usage
- For daily rentals 200 km limit applicable.
- Rental period Calculated on a 24 hour basis.
- For late deliveries, the daily rental fee for each hour will be reduced 30% may be charged.
Reservation and Contract Conditions
Equivalent vehicle allocation may be made for confirmed reservations. Vehicle delivery may be cancelled.
