- Make sure existing scratches, dents and glass damage are recorded.
- Check fuel, mileage, tyres, lights and warning indicators.
- Confirm the agreement, registration document and required equipment are present.
- Test the air conditioning, wipers and requested child seat.
Tell our team about unrecorded damage or missing equipment before departure. Confirm the fuel type, basic controls and contact channel for assistance.
Before returning
Check the agreed time and location, restore the required fuel level and remove belongings from the cabin and boot. Report a possible delay early.
At return, mileage, fuel and general condition are recorded together. Keep the return record with your documents. You can also check your booking before setting out.
