Traffic, schedule changes, or unexpected situations may prevent the vehicle from being returned at the scheduled time. If you realize you will be late, you must notify our team immediately rather than simply continuing on your way. This allows for the rescheduling of subsequent reservations and staff assignments.
Notify Us Before the Return Time
Share your reservation number or license plate, current location, and estimated time of arrival via phone, WhatsApp, or Telegram. Do not delay notification in the hope that traffic will clear up. Early communication helps the attendant adjust the meeting point and the schedule for subsequent deliveries.
A Late Return Is Not the Same as Extending the Rental Period
A time extension is an additional usage period requested and approved before the scheduled return time. A late return occurs when the approved time is exceeded. If you need to use the vehicle for longer, submit an extension request rather than waiting until a delay occurs. Simply sending a message does not mean the new time has been accepted.
Could Additional Fees Apply?
Factors such as the duration of the delay, the vehicle's subsequent schedule, and the terms of the contract are evaluated. If an additional usage fee applies, it will be calculated based on current conditions. Since the consequences of a delay vary, our team must review the reservation details rather than providing a rough cost estimate.
Confirm the New Return Location and Time
The meeting time or location may change if the staff member has to proceed to another delivery. Go to the latest location sent to you and keep your phone reachable. If you have a flight, allow sufficient time for security and terminal procedures; do not simply leave the vehicle in the parking lot and depart.
Complete the Return Inspection
Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when you received it; refuel only as much as necessary. The handover record is finalized after the fuel level, mileage, and the vehicle's condition have been checked together with the staff member. For information regarding late returns and other usage conditions, please review the rental terms.
To Minimize Delays
Plan your route, fuel stop, and meeting location in advance for the day of the return. Allow extra time for city traffic or congestion at the terminal. Trying to gather personal belongings from the vehicle at the last minute can also cause delays. Preparing your luggage and checking the fuel level before setting off will speed up the handover process.
